A leading Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Technical Specialist for their Dubai office.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Physical ability to lift and handle sensitive heavy equipment weighing around 20 kg.
- Conduct on-site installation of equipment, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Provide support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all installations, services, and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- IT background is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of IT Experience (networking, installation, troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance). Ideally within the Medical Devices Industry. Knowledge in Optometry/ Optics is an advantage.
- Physical ability to lift and handle sensitive heavy equipment weighing around 20 kg.
- Must have a valid UAE Driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
