Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 technical support to end users for all desktop/laptop issues related to hardware and software, ensuring effective desk-side support.
- Coordinate with IT Helpdesk to resolve user hardware/software issues on desktops/laptops promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to network printers, escalating major printer issues as necessary.
- Interact daily with end users and customers, both internal and external, to achieve departmental goals and initiatives.
- Assist in creating operational documents, training materials, help subsystems, user documentation, and technical project documentation as required. Provide recommendations for process improvement on technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure procedures, operational instructions, user manuals, quality assurance programs, IT standards, and policies for future reference and retrieval.
- Provide daily status updates on helpdesk issues/requests and calls attended to management for review and decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of IT service support functions.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
