Role Purpose:
To Administer the Budget and General Ledger Accounting Systems in coordination with the activities of Payable, Payroll, Fixed asset, Account receivable, AGIS and gather financial information, analysis, prepare and submit reports; in accordance with the set DCAA policies and International Financial Standards. 3. Core Responsibilities:
- Maintains and verifies payroll information and processes monthly payrolls in SAP for all functions and as per policy
- Calculates salary modifications for all employee earnings and deductions such as increments, unauthorized absences, lateness and unpaid leave
- Calculates end of service entitlements and any other dues after the employee has cleared all exit procedures
- Balances the payroll accounts, reviews and resolves payroll discrepancies and submits final report to the finance team as required
- Generates regular payroll reports through the system for review and maintains records and filing system for payroll in a confidential manner
