Exp: 5 – 9 years

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

  • Able to achieve results through influencing others.
  • Communication skills (English), spoken and written
  • Technical expertise in:
  • Personal computer set up and preparation for use both hardware and software
  • 1st & 2nd Level hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Server set up and preparation for use (hardware and software)
  • IBM / Intel compatible PC hardware configurations
  • Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Support of standard desktop applications such as MS O365 suites, Outlook, Visio, etc.
  • Skills – TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, AD
  • Internet technologies
  • Zebra Scanners
  • Network Printers
  • Audio/Visual system
