We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy CRM Administrator with an IT background to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage and maintain our CRM platform to support property sales, lead management, marketing campaigns, and customer relationships across our real estate development portfolio. You will work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and customer care departments to ensure our CRM system supports business goals and integrates effectively with other enterprise tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the company’s CRM platform to meet business needs.
- Customize modules, fields, workflows, and automations to support lead-to-sale and post-sales processes.
- Ensure accurate capture and tracking of leads from digital campaigns, property portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder), and broker channels.
- Integrate the CRM with digital marketing tools, ERP systems, project tracking software, and customer portals.
- Monitor data quality, clean and deduplicate records, and ensure standardized data entry practices.

The Real Estate Administrative Specialist & Front Desk Executive serves as the primary point of contact for our real estate development office in Dubai. This role requires specialized knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market regulations, procedures, and documentation systems. You will manage front-office operations while supporting critical real estate administrative processes, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service to our diverse international clientele.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Client Reception
- Welcome and assist clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding of international business etiquette
- Manage developer hotline and multi-line phone system, qualifying leads based on property type (off-plan, ready properties, commercial, residential)
- Handle inquiries about Dubai freehold areas, property ownership regulations, and guide clients on initial documentation requirements
- Coordinate property viewing appointments and ensure sales team receives complete client briefing notes
- Prepare meeting rooms with relevant project materials, including DLD-approved brochures and RERA registration certificates
Real Estate Administrative Support
Maintain broker registration cards and ensure commission documentation is complete
Process and maintain documentation for property transactions including:
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) preparation and tracking
Oqood registration documentation for off-plan properties
Title Deed transfer paperwork coordination
Power of Attorney (POA) document verification
Manage Ejari registration processes for rental contracts and maintain tenant documentation
Coordinate with Dubai Land Department (DLD) for various administrative requirements
Track and organize Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) compliance documents
IT Sales Executive – Software & Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote our GPS and software solutions.
- Deliver effective product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Engage in active sales efforts including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and both indoor/outdoor marketing activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert proposals into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in GPS systems, ERP, CRM, or other IT products.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.

The IT Support Executive’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively resolving escalated end user help requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Operational Management
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
- Install anti-virus software and ensure virus definitions are up-to-date.
- Record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
