Position Overview

We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Dubai office.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the internal IT infrastructure of our Dubai office while also managing client dispatch support across the UAE.

This role requires someone who can handle onsite systems, manage escalated technical issues, and coordinate with field engineers. In the absence of an assigned onsite resource, the engineer will also act as a backup support at client locations when required.

IT Field Support


Proactively resolve software and hardware problems, through on-site support /remote assistance by liaising with central IT support helpdesk within a limited timeframe to ensure client satisfaction.

Liaise with Network engineers to provide suitable network access and any changes in the existing network due to business requirements as per set procedures.

Co-ordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues as per agreed SLA’s.

Assist the team with the implementation of IT business applications across DHRE and provide relevant information for flawless execution during the implementation phase (as and when required).

Collect and gather business information for IT requirements and prepare primary reports for the team.

Contribute to the development of knowledge databases to facilitate the collection and storage of common issues and problems faced by users and their responses for providing a clear picture of the critical issues and recommend solutions for the same.

Maintain accurate and monthly inventory of all company IT equipment and prepare inventory status reports.

Handle preventive repair & maintenance of all IT equipment of DHRE to avoid any breakdown of equipment for the smooth running of the business.

Provide oversight and guidance to the team to resolve ongoing IT operational issues.

IT Technical Support Engineer


We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support & Installation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring door access control systemsCCTV cameras, and IT hardware & software solutions. The role also involves providing product demonstrations for AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) devices and ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Follow-up security remediations on cloud platform suggested by cybersecurity team;

IT Support Technician (Microsoft / Active Directory / O365 )

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft environments, including Active Directory administration, Office 365 management, Azure user and device configuration, Backup, Documentation and desktop support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, provide end-user technical assistance, and maintain system reliability and security across our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices via direct, email, call .
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) — user accounts, groups, GPOs, password policies, and permissions.
  • Administer and support Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Assist in Azure AD and Intune setup, identity management, and device enrollment.
  • Handle email configurations, data/cloud backups, and access management.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents via the IT helpdesk system, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Support network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Perform regular system updates, antivirus monitoring, and security patching.
  • Support VoIP phones / IP PBX systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / System Administration / Network.
  • Strong knowledge of:

o Windows 10/11 & Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022)

o Microsoft 365 Administration

o Active Directory / Azure AD / Intune

o Networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, WAN etc)

  • Experience in Microsoft Azure portal management is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications preferred:

o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator / Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) / MCSA / MS-900.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Currently based in UAE or available for immediate joining.
  • Previous experience supporting Microsoft-centric corporate environments.
  • Fluent in English;
  • Possession of a UAE driving license is a plus.
