Hydraulic Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hydraulic Engineer to join our service and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marine and industrial hydraulic systems, including installation, repair, and fault finding. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of hydraulic components and equipment both in our workshop and on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform fault finding on hydraulic systems and components (e.g., pumps, motors, valves, cylinders)
Overhaul, repair, and maintain hydraulic equipment in-house and on-site (cranes, winches, cylinders, power packs)
Design or revise hydraulic circuits, layouts, and system diagrams as per operational requirements
Work closely with clients and project teams to assess failures and recommend technical solutions
Prepare detailed service reports, repair logs, and failure analysis documentation
Supervise or assist with the installation and commissioning of new hydraulic systems
Support spare parts identification, procurement, and system upgrades
Adhere to HSE standards during workshop and offshore/on-site operations
Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, electrical, procurement) to support integrated service delivery
