Roles & Responsibilities

Receptionist duties:

  • Greeting visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle courier and mail services (incoming and outgoing).

Administrative duties:
