IT Administrator – Server NUTANIX ,VMware, Hyper-V, Fujitsu experience

The IT Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the retail organization’s IT infrastructure (ie HO and stores). This includes servers, storage, network devices, security systems, call center’ systems and related components. The role requires a proactive individual who can ensure system availability, performance, and security, and who can respond to incidents and support requests efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and upgrades
  • Develop, implement, and manage backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data protection and business continuity
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures, manage firewalls, and ensure compliance with security standards
  • Familiarity with network protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and cloud services.
  • Oversee storage solutions, including SAN/NAS/Azure Cloud, ensuring data integrity, availability, and efficient storage allocation.

We are looking for a Technical Service Administrator who will play a critical role in describing, listing and coordinating the technical services offered to the customers from various service providers; internal and external. She/He will play a key role in vendor registration along with onboarding and will be the coordinator for services listing in websites and other systes.
