About the role:
The IT Support Engineer is primarily responsible for providing all the support needed, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions for issues raised by end users to make sure they are properly using their IT assets. We are hiring a Network and Telecom Engineer for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi. This is an outsourced role through a third party, requiring an experienced professional to design, implement, and maintain corporate data network and telecommunication systems. The selected candidate will ensure the performance, security, and reliability of the network and telecom infrastructure, providing expert technical support and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, test, deploy, and optimize network and telecom systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, IP phones, PBX, video conferencing, webinars, instant messaging, and file sharing.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary point of contact for network and telecom-related issues, providing timely and effective support to users.
