We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Application Support Engineer who will play a crucial part in the IT department, overseeing and assisting ERP solutions, particularly Dynamics 365, along with other essential business systems.
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include supervising the application support team, strategically planning application maintenance and improvements, and ensuring that our business applications are in line with our organizational objectives.
- You will oversee and provide initial and escalated support for various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, with a strong focus on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in application support or system administration, with a specific emphasis on ERP systems such as Dynamics 365.
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and demands associated with plant management, contract management, and crewing solutions.
- Proficient in project management with a history of successful projects.
- Knowledgeable in database management, SQL, and programming principles.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
- Experience in cloud computing platforms, such as Azure.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management.
- Experience with Marine PMS systems.
