About the job

  • To review a company’s computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently.
  • Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners.
  • Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
  • To conduct updates, create passwords and run check for viruses and spyware.
  • Create and manage the use of backup and retrieval systems.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
  • Diagnosing and fixing network/server problems.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology.
  • Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
  • Managing iSupplier portals on daily basis.
  • Working experience with ERP & CRM like Share point, Sap Ariba, Oracle, Salesforce.
  • Must have experience on SharePoint.
  • Company registration on client portals
  • E-document folder directories creation and management.
  • Biometrics system knowledge.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
