About the job

To review a company’s computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently.
Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners.
Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
To conduct updates, create passwords and run check for viruses and spyware.
Create and manage the use of backup and retrieval systems.
Responsible for maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
Diagnosing and fixing network/server problems.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
Managing iSupplier portals on daily basis.
Working experience with ERP & CRM like Share point, Sap Ariba, Oracle, Salesforce.
Must have experience on SharePoint.
Company registration on client portals
E-document folder directories creation and management.
Biometrics system knowledge.

Education & Experience:

Skills:

Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
