About the job
- To review a company’s computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently.
- Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers & scanners.
- Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
- To conduct updates, create passwords and run check for viruses and spyware.
- Create and manage the use of backup and retrieval systems.
- Responsible for maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
- Diagnosing and fixing network/server problems.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
- Managing iSupplier portals on daily basis.
- Working experience with ERP & CRM like Share point, Sap Ariba, Oracle, Salesforce.
- Must have experience on SharePoint.
- Company registration on client portals
- E-document folder directories creation and management.
- Biometrics system knowledge.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
- Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
