Replacing parts when required.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and other disciplines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and DIALux is essential.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and load calculation methods.
Experience in preparing documentation for authority approvals.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
